General Information
Many of my photos are available for sale. If you are interested in making a purchase, please contact me to discuss the details.
All purchases made via this site are typically for personal use only. If you have a need for commercial/editorial rights, then please advise so when making your inquiry.
A note about print quality – All my prints are printed by a professional lab for the utmost in quality. This is because I believe that if you’re going to invest your money into a piece of art, you deserve to receive the best quality possible. Period.
Payment
All payments are taken at the time of purchase and most credit/debit cards are accepted. No order will be processed and shipped unless payment is received.
Shipping
Because your order is sent on-demand to be printed by a professional lab, then reviewed (and mounted if necessary) by myself personally before shipping, please allow up to 2 weeks for the receipt of your order. In certain cases, I may have an image in stock already and can ship immediately, but it is typically rare that that happens.
If for some reason there is a problem that arises and I’m not able to ship your print in a reasonable time frame, I will contact you and ask whether you prefer to wait or would like a refund. It’s also rare that this happens, but always a possibility.
Typically, all prints are shipped flat using the lab’s original packaging materials for the best protection, or in the case of mounted photos the packaging from the mounting materials.
Domestic shipping will generally be via Priority Mail via USPS, or in certain cases UPS if warranted (size, weight, etc.).
International shipping is typically via Intl. Priority or Express, your preference. Please contact me before ordering so I can advise shipping rates to your country to be included with your payment.
Insurance can be added if requested. Contact me first before ordering and I can advise the extra cost to be included in your payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
I believe in 100% satisfaction with every print and product I sell. If for some reason you are not happy with the item(s) you receive, please contact me and I will either exchange it or refund your money (minus shipping), your preference.
All returns must be in as-shipped new condition or I will not accept them. This is because they eventually will end up in a new home and the new buyer deserves to have the best quality item, same as yourself.
A note about print color - One thing to bear in mind before returning a print is that due to monitor color variations, the print color you receive may vary from what you saw on your monitor when you ordered it. All my work is edited on a hardware calibrated monitor for utmost color accuracy, but unless your monitor is calibrated as well, your color may vary at the time of purchase.
